The two vacation apartments are located on the first floor of the renovated main building of a former farmhouse. Rengersfeld is a very quiet village situated in an idyllic location about 3 km from the town of Gersfeld. From the Gersfeld train station, there are bus and train connections in all directions, there is a taxi service, and the full range of amenities you’d expect from a small town.
The apartments have been beautifully renovated, feature high-quality furniture, and have been furnished with care! The double beds measure 1.80 x 2.00 m.
We offer the apartments without bed linens or towels, as many guests prefer to bring their own set. However, we’re happy to provide a set of linens for 15 € each.
In the apartments’ high-quality built-in kitchens, guests will find a complimentary basic supply of cooking oil, vinegar, and spices. We also provide a complimentary basic supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap and cleaning supplies, coffee filters, and more.
For stays with a dog, we charge an additional €20.00 for final cleaning, as well as €7.50 per dog per night. (up to a maximum of €30 per pet).
The apartment on the left has direct access to the large balcony, a beautiful bathroom with a shower, and an extra couch for one additional person.
The apartment on the right has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and you can reach the large balcony via the hallway.
In the hallway, there’s a shelf stocked with organic products such as filter coffee, honey, jam, beverages, etc.—just in case you’ve forgotten something.
Although we’re very child-friendly, we unfortunately don’t have space for a stroller inside the house, nor do we provide amenities such as a crib or changing table. Nevertheless, we have many guests who stay with us with their children.
On the first floor of the house is our small organic restaurant, Dorfstube. We’re only open on weekends (see www.dorfstube-rengersfeld.de or simply call: 06654/9176298), and we close by 11:00 p.m. at the latest. Our guests are quiet connoisseurs.



"Freu Dich!" vacation apartment:

Vacation Rental on the Left (1st floor, with a large balcony—sleeps up to 4): The charming “Links” vacation rental on the 1st floor shares the large balcony with the “Rechts” apartment and features a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious, lovingly furnished kitchen-living room with additional sleeping accommodations for two more people—perfect for couples or small families. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people; the minimum stay is 2 nights; check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional 15 € per person; Wi-Fi is free. On-site costs: A 50% prepayment is charged after booking. You will receive a preliminary invoice with bank details within 2 days. The remaining balance is due shortly before arrival via bank transfer or in cash on-site. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Up to 2 pets are allowed, for a fee of €7.50 per pet per night, up to a maximum of €30 per pet per stay. We charge a €20 surcharge for final cleaning.The visitor’s tax of €2.10 per person per night will be shown as an additional charge on the preliminary invoice. Other applicable fees: We can provide bed linens and towels for €15 per set—or you may bring your own. Please let us know when booking whether you would like us to provide the linens package (bed linens and towels) or if you will bring your own.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
