I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel turned out to meet my needs. It is clean, breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked well. The staff was always available to help. Peter, Mia and Wendy who spoke English were so helpful, efficient and professional. I will recommend this hotel to my friends going to Shanghai.
