Located in St Laurent de la pree between rochefort and la Rochelle 5 minutes from the pier for the island of Aix and Fouras with its famous boyar fort, you can also reach the bridge of the island of Ré or Oléron in 20 minutes.
For golf lovers, you will find the magnificent 18-hole course of Saint Laurent De La Prée 500m from the cottage and no less than 5 other golf courses less than 30 minutes away.
We can accommodate up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms each equipped with a 160 cm bed and a large electric sofa.
Kitchen open to living room, sofa with chaise longue, shower room and WC.
A beautiful terrace in the heart of a landscaped setting awaits you to enjoy sunny or shaded moments under the pergolas. Barbecue grill/plancha available.
Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.
For your comfort, the house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
