This beautiful furnished and equipped apartment for 4 to 6 people invites you to enjoy your holidays by the sea. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen, a first bedroom with two single beds 90x200, a first bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A second bedroom with double bed 160x200, and a second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are all turned towards the wooded park of the residence, and the hills of Agay. From the living room and the kitchen you will enjoy the first terrace, with table and chairs for meals, and will be protected by a sun awning. Above the apartment, a second terrace awaits you, with a surface area of more than 50m² with a panoramic view of the hills. On this terrace, you will have a second dining area with barbecue or electric plancha, sunbeds and a parasol. Everything is there to make the most of good moments of relaxation and conviviality.
The sandy beach of Agay is only 200 meters from the residence, you can reach it in 2 minutes on foot, as well as the restaurants and shops all along the seafront. The swimming pool of the residence is open from June to September inclusive. The apartment is rented with a numbered parking space.
