On one level, pleasant small modern air-conditioned house of 45 m2 in a large wooded property "Les lavandes du Moulin, composed of three vacation rentals with swimming pool to share. Private parking inside the property.

The accommodation can accommodate up to six people, here are the details of the bedrooms and beds:
The air-conditioned master bedroom with a double bed for two people in 140x190cm with a wardrobe for your belongings and its window.
The small air-conditioned bedroom with two single bunk beds of 90x190cm with a wardrobe for clothes and its window.
The sleeping area in the living room is a sofa bed in the living room that can be suitable for two adults or two children in 160x200cm, it is a pull-out type sofa with two individual mattresses of 80x200cm and drawers for cushions.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower tray of 90x140cm, sink and mirror, as well as various storage spaces for your toiletries. The toilet is not in the bathroom, it is a small separate room.
The living room of the house is air-conditioned, from the front door, you enter the main room.
On one side a large bay window that opens onto the adjoining terrace and allows you to enjoy the light. On the left side, a sofa bed, on the right side a sideboard with crockery and a flat screen TV with TNT channels, a free wifi connection is available.
On the other side, the kitchen with a hood and its induction hob, a sink, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. A wardrobe is also available in the living room.
Outside: the large terrace of the house is located in front of the bay window and the front door of the accommodation. It is fully tiled, it has a table and chairs, a barbecue. An access gate makes you feel at home. The terrace is right next to the swimming pool which is very convenient for families with children.
