Very disappointing stay—the villa was poorly cleaned and maintained, with missing amenities, faulty facilities, a dirty

We were very disappointed with our stay at the villa and, unfortunately, do not feel that it was worth the price we paid. The villa was not cleaned properly upon our arrival. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were almost empty, and there was no hand wash provided at all. The fridge was also not working properly, while the outside pool area was dirty and not well maintained. In addition, the bathroom sink was draining extremely slowly and was clearly not functioning properly. The following morning, without any prior notification, someone arrived at the villa to fill the pool. This was particularly inconvenient as we were staying at the property and had not been informed that anyone would be coming. The biggest issue occurred during the rain and thunderstorms. The roof in the large bedroom was leaking from several areas as well in the corridor area, with water coming through in multiple places. We had to use all the towels provided in the villa just to absorb the water and prevent the room from becoming completely flooded. I immediately contacted the owner to ask whether someone could come and fix the issue, but unfortunately this was not possible. I then asked if we could at least have additional towels, since we had used all the existing ones because of the leaks. The owner advised us that there was a locked closet where we could find additional towels and other items. However, when we accessed it, there was essentially nothing useful for our situation. It appeared to contain mostly the owner’s personal belongings rather than supplies intended for guests. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. For the price of the villa, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance and guest service. Basic amenities were missing, several facilities were not functioning properly, and the leaking roof significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property and do not consider it good value for money.

Good choice for a quick getaway

The pergola is the best part of this villa. We practically spent our whole time out there.

The room with the bunk beds was a little too tight, but overall good
