We loved the roof top pool & our comfy room.
We were unable to lock our bedroom door 😕 We did report it but it wasn’t fixed.

The scenic is in an excellent location for exploring the nightlife, markets, river.
It is quiet, comfortable and extremely good value. I’ve been before and was a returning guest. Only open for about 2 years it still has that fresh new feeling.
The staff are very friendly from the security/doorman to the house keeping staff they really look after you but the 3 girls on the front desk are real diamonds, they’re friendly, efficient and helpful and never stop smiling they made my stay even better than it was last time. I will be booking again within the next week or two for February.
Only criticism is there is no food options available at the hotel and there should be. Nothing fancy required just simple rice dishes, sandwiches, fries etc and some coffee options.
There is a Cambodian restaurant which opens at night right next door and a coffee shop on the other side but some in-house options would make this a 10 rating from me.
