Cleanliness & Space
Terrace was very good although we didn’t actually use it very much but great for drying the washing .
Location was excellent plenty of coffee bars & Restaurants on the doorstep.
The Garage not the easiest of garages to use and the space was small but better to have as a must most days.

Bardzo sympatyczny i sprawny check in i check out.
- brak zmywarki

If you want to be close to the middle of the city with all pros and cons this is a good place, though there is quite some noise around the house including live singing from Stage with microphone and loudspeakers from the Pool Park just below
The terrace is nice, the outdoor shower is nice.
Very good: the people from „HappyNest“ customer service that provide the key and do the trouble shooting, they really made a difference to the positive side of things.
Basically this is an old Appartment complex building though the Appartment itself has been renovated and the furniture is tasteful. The parking underground is convenient but not easy, not much space. There are small ants in one corner of the kitchen, I guess they are everywhwere in the building anyway, when they made it to 8th floor. The Communication with the rental Agency was an absolute desaster, before flying to Portugal we inquired about some details and waited several days for an insufficient answer only in Portuguese language. This got only better after the people from „HappyNest“ took over, they were
always fast and reliable. If you arrive later than 19:00 it is possible to be charged an extra service fee.
