Beautifully designed rooms, especially the family rooms with thoughtful touches for the children. Spa and swimming pool also nice. Breakfast amazing. Games room a nice touch. Property generally feels high quality.
Despite paying around £600 a night, they don’t provide free drinking water!! Absolutely awful considering the price tag and that it’s a spa where most spas leave free water out to encourage hydration - this hotel charges 4 euros for a glass of water. Shocking. Also the evening food was pretty awful for adults and service in the restaurant so slow.
