The resort is absolutely stunning, everything is delightful, and everything is always spotless, plus the staff is incredibly helpful!

Nothing, the experience is beautiful and complete.

Room luxury/ spacious, heated pool, beach, WiFi speed.

Staff was friendly but unprofessional specially the reception staff and the check in process was slow and not professional at all. food quality is poor and open buffet was not good and very expensive and we complained about it.

It’s very clean and elegant but I really wouldn’t have stayed there if it weren’t for “Ahmed” the receptionist!

Since I booked there via booking.com and talked with the reservation team and I got so pissed off I couldn’t even believe what they were saying! When I asked to cancel my booking due to family emergency my kids are sick they have done everything capable off to just piss me off and not cancel the booking!! Even when I was there and asked for a late checkout their response was so arrogant saying that they can’t give me late checkout because my room is booked for the next day! When I asked are you fully booked they just simply replied “No” so why the hell can’t you give me late checkout! The next morning I went to the reception and asked for late checkout they simply told of course there is no problem! Then why piss me off the night before!! They have zero Hospitality experience! I hated dealing with them if it weren’t for Ahmed the receptionist I swear I would give this property ZERO rating and never recommend it to anyone!
