Furnished with attention to detail, our newly designed, cozy 50-square-meter vacation apartment awaits you for rest and relaxation. For the best days of the year, our vacation apartment with modern amenities is at your disposal. Enjoy some downtime in the cozy living and dining area, and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Relax in the sun-drenched living area with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. There’s an extra bed in an alcove, which children love to use as a cozy hideaway. The bathroom features a walk-in shower/toilet at floor level, bathroom amenities, bath and hand towels, a hair dryer, and a towel rack. The bedroom, which overlooks the forest, is furnished with a double bed featuring a topper, bedding, and adjustable slatted frames.

Get out of bed and into the joy of hiking—that’s the motto for your best days of the year. Numerous hiking opportunities, excursion destinations, cultural attractions, and local traditions await you in and around the Alps National Park. With public transportation—which you can use for free with your guest card—you can reach every excursion and hiking destination conveniently and quickly. The bus stop is just 300 meters from the house. The famous Königssee and the new gondola lift up to the Jenner are only about 3 km away. You can reach the nearby cultural city of Salzburg in half an hour by car or conveniently by bus. There are also plenty of options for dining; several inns, bakeries, and shops are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in just a few minutes by car or on foot. Hikers and mountain bikers are very welcome here. We’re happy to provide you with hiking and tour recommendations.
