From here, you can reach the Sferisterio Arena in Macerata, and the Sanctuary of Loreto; or, within a 30-minute drive, the famous shoe-making centers of Sant’Elpidio a Mare and Montegranaro; and for horse racing enthusiasts, the San Paolo di Montegiorgio Racetrack is just 20 minutes away. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden filled with trees (plane trees, pomegranate trees, maples, mulberry trees, privets, and linden trees) that ensure an ideal, restful temperature even during the summer heat, adorned with flowers that add color to the garden itself.
