About this apartment rental
On August 5, 2026, we installed a new, very powerful Daikin air conditioning system in every room and in the living room! Accommodates 11 guests on real mattresses. A 280-square-meter luxury apartment. Refurbished hardwood ceilings 4.5 meters high, and restored antique Tuscan terracotta flooring. A total of 4 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite bathrooms. We’ve just decided to rent it out for short-term stays; for the past 12 years, it has been the private apartment of a prominent senator (the Senate building is right across the street). 11 Guerra

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Rome and what a great location! Just steps away from the Pantheon with restaurants, gelato, bakeries and souvenir shops right at your doorstep. We visited during a heat wave and the air-conditioning was having trouble keeping up… The host had somebody there immediately and it was fixed. The pictures accurately depict the space with super cute decor and authentic Italian living. The description does list it as a four bedroom, however, the fourth bedroom is really in the living room. You can close it off for privacy, but it is also only the shared space so a little misleading… But it did not affect our trip at all. Overall, we loved it here and would definitely recommend.

The location was perfectly in Ancient Rome. It was close to several of the places we wanted to visit. The host was super sweet and accommodated us on every extra thing we requested. The home had only 3 bedrooms, with an extra bed in the living area. This was misleading as we had adults who wanted their own rooms. There was also glass on the floor—that I stepped on. Could be cleaned a little better between guest. Lights that didn’t work/-small issue but kept the property from getting a 5 star. All in all, a good stay but description needs to be clear that’s it is a 3 bedroom, not 4 bedroom.

The apartment is in an excellent location on a pedestrian-only street with excellent restaurants and very close to the Pantheon. The apartment contact was friendly and very easy to get in touch with.The downside to this apartment is the Wi-Fi log-in info was not accurate and it took a few days to sort that out. Also there are several pieces of furniture and light fixtures that are broken. A careful renovation of these items and correcting the Wi-Fi issue would give this apartment a much higher rating.
