Il Palazzotto is an old house in the heart of Ostuni, a short walk from Piazza della Libertà and the Cathedral, restored leaving its cross and cloister vaults, arches and stone cornices exposed. It's all yours, with no spaces shared with others, and sleeps up to 6: every bedroom has its own bathroom.



FIRST LEVEL

Bedroom 1: small double bed (French double) under a stone arch, corner with a small sofa and an old stone basin in a niche, view of the olive groves, TV, air conditioning and bathroom with rain shower



SECOND LEVEL

Dining room under cross vaults, with a large wooden table, and kitchen, both with stone floors

Kitchen: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, wine cooler, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender (no microwave)

Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board

Bedroom 2: double bed, armchair, open wardrobe, TV, air conditioning; en-suite bathroom with rain shower

Bedroom 3, suite: private sitting room with sofa, armchair and TV, double bed in an arched alcove, air conditioning, bathroom with large shower and bidet, access to the two-arched loggia with a small table and views over the olive groves to the sea

Three levels connected by indoor stairs, no lift: not suitable for guests with reduced mobility

There is no shared living room: the sitting room belongs to the suite; the shared spaces are the dining room, kitchen and terrace

The old town is a limited traffic zone: the house has no parking. Leave the car in the car parks outside the ZTL (Via Tenente Specchia, municipal car park, private car park La Stella)
