Property was clean, safe, quiet, and was in a perfect spot to walk the city!
It was a smaller than what the pictures portrayed if you care about space.

Location was fantastic, easy walking to all main attractions
Lots of stairs but expected in a beautiful old city. Had a problem opening washing machine door, maybe need a note on that to help others and need a dishcloth so that we can do dishes.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet, which was a real bonus in Florence. The sweetest cat came to visit us during our stay, which was an unexpected highlight!
The accommodation itself is very basic, with some quirks that are understandable given the age of the property. However, the presentation could be improved, with scuff marks on the walls, kitchen cupboards needing a clean and mismatched glassware making everything feel a little random. There are also quite a lot of stairs, which we knew about beforehand and only found challenging when carrying our luggage, but may not suit everyone. Overall, I enjoyed the stay for its fantastic location, peaceful atmosphere and character, while feeling that a little more attention to presentation and detail would make a big difference.
