Beautiful old house tastefully decorated Large verandah . Very friendly ownersincluding the very cute dig

A very steep hill to walk into town. Bathrooms are very small.

Dunedin House is a beautiful property in an exceptional location, with a fantastic view over Dunedin. Everything was very clean and well presented, and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed for a special occasion and really enjoyed the character of the property and the overall experience.

Our room was quite warm during our stay and, without air conditioning, we ended up sleeping with the door open for some extra airflow. The room was also a little smaller than it appeared in the booking photos. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we did feel the price was on the higher side for the room and facilities.
