Given its size, I would consider this small accommodation suitable for up to two adults. It has a modern design and has everything I needed for a two-day stay in September – including kitchen facilities. The location in the back courtyard is quiet yet central, and within walking distance of the main railway station. The value for money, compared to other accommodation in Croatia, strikes me as slightly on the higher side, but still within a reasonable price range. I would book this accommodation again.

The location - close to the train station, grocery stores and to the city center.
The studio was comfortable, spacious, and mostly clean.
The man from the afilliated café was really nice and helpful while we were waiting for the check-in information.
Although the bedroom was clean, the remaining spaces lacked maintenance and tidiness - for instance, in the kitchen, the kettle contained water and mould, which had been forgotten; the outside of the kettle and pans was dirty; dust could be found in the less accessible loci; in the bathroom, there was hair in the toilet and the toothbrush holder was dirty on the inside.
The curtains did not cover the whole windows, which was a problem at night because the room was on the ground floor.
The owner was not very warm, nor welcoming, and the check-in details were not sent in advance.
Overall, the relation price-quality was not according to our standards, in comparison to the prices of higher-scored nearby hotels/hostels/etc.
