Beware, AI images and unclean property

Update to my original review, the host is now threatening us in messages, claiming we stole the coffee maker and kettle, and was rather aggressive through all messages. I'm glad I chose to leave after an hour, as I did not feel safe knowing this person had access to the apartment with how they behaved in message exchanges.

We checked into the property at around 5:30pm, as 5pm was the earliest check in was available to us. We were asked to put away the laundry that the cleaners were unable to finish, which I found strange as they knew ahead of time we would be checking in around 5pm. The minute we came into the property, we realised that AI had been used to advertise the property, as it was nothing like the images on booking.com. (I have added side by side images of the photos I took, and the ones provided on the listing to this review) This already was frustrating, as the apartment had at this point been falsely advertised to us, and was in way worse condition than we expected. I was already frustrated that AI had been used in advertising the property, but the condition of the property really solidified the fact we were not staying. The seal of the fridge was broken, and there were food spills inside. The bed didn't have a duvet cover on. There was a hole in the floor, a chunk of skirting board missing, the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly, and the floors were incredibly scratched. The shower looked mouldy and there were 2 hairs still on the floor of it. The outdoor table hadn't been cleaned, and the majority of the outdoor furniture pictured didn't exist (you can see in the listing image the pillar changes under chair, and one of the table legs isn't even attached to the table) I did appreciate that the property manager offered to send the cleaners back, and that it would take around an hour for them to return. We had just had a long flight, and just wanted to rest. Considering we waited until 5pm to check in, I hoped that the property would be in a condition where we could come straight in and rest. The last thing we wanted was to wait around for people to come in, and re- clean the property. At this point, we were exhausted and found alternative accommodation, as we didn't want to stay in the property in the state we found it.

Good property, good value for money, we diffinitely come again and stay

It's very convenient and close to the venue where our son got married also easy access to the central City

Disappointed, we been mistaken accused to take a towel, lights witch in the bathroom sometimes works sometimes not, plus could also do with extra pillow each, we got one each

This property is Very spacious, very clean, beautiful kitchen, it has everything ❤️ the location is just perfect near the bus stops (Flybussen)from and to the airport, and to the city centre thou we walked to the city centre..it’s near the shops too WiFi is available Two bedrooms, the bed was very very comfortable and the host was very very nice. Everything we needed was there, the Tv was the best, large screen with Netflix 🙌 I love hotels but after staying in this apartment it felt better and more comfortable than the hotel When we arrived, was very happy as soon as I opened the door 🙏 Thank you so much really, we enjoyed our stay 💯 in the apartment
