Booking disruption: Miliran 9 Home Stay won't be able to accommodate...

Honestly, it's very difficult for me to write a review for this place (Miliran 9 Homestay). However, I must be honest and say what I have summarized below:
I had booked a stay for September 5-7, 2025. On September 5, 2025, despite making multiple attempts to contact the host via the provided contact number, I received no response. This unexpected situation prompted my family and me to proceed to the homestay location.
Upon arrival, we encountered two individuals (presumably a married couple, but not the host) who were waiting. Initially, we believed they were anticipating our arrival, but upon further investigation, we discovered that they were actually waiting for another group of guests.I was shocked because we had clearly booked this place via Booking.com, and it was confirmed, with payment made via credit card, which was non-refundable.
After speaking at length with the couple waiting at the location (who turned out to be the uncle and aunt of the homestay owner/host), I learned that in addition to accepting reservations through Booking.com (and possibly other website-based platforms), this homestay also accepts manual reservations via phone calls and even through Facebook. This approach to guest reservations has resulted in difficulties in managing reservations, leading to instances of double or multiple bookings for the same homestay.
In response to this situation, I reluctantly contacted Booking.com’s customer service (CS) via phone and detailed the events that transpired. The CS responded promptly and diligently worked to resolve the issue.
After that, the host’s family, particularly the host’s mother, offered an alternative homestay, which was her own property. I express my sincere gratitude to the host’s mother for her assistance. Thank you very much, Ma'am, for helping us….
