We were three male adults travelling by bicycle from Seoul to Busan. We booked separate rooms. This was an interesting establishment. During our stay, we did not meet any staff. Check-in is via a kiosk in a small office on the left as you enter the car park area. Make sure you have your reservation number available. This could be confusing to some.
This establishment is basically an underground style carpark with separate garages. The rooms are located above each garage and entry to the room is gained by a set of steps at the back of the garage. They are not easy to see initially. Each room has its own garage however it was not so good for bikes as there is nothing to lock it to and the garage is open. The rooms however are quite spacious and definitely big enough to store the bike, as long as you can carry it up the 20 steps to the room 😀. We obtained prior permission to take the bikes into the rooms.
As stated, the room is very spacious, clean and tidy. It has a kettle, small fridge and a large TV. The bathroom has a large bath. Room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available and operated well. There was a large TV in the room.
Very good value for money.
If you are travelling by bike, be aware that the carpark/rooms are at the top of quite a steep hill. It was tough on a loaded bike.
There is a supermarket within walking distance as well as a number of restaurants.
The use of the self check-in could be difficult for some people. The premises are at the top of a very steep hill. Also, not that easy to find. We had to ask for directions at another hotel.

Ruhige Lage, direkt am Wald
Nur Self- CheckIn. Die „ Rezeption“ wirkt eher wie der Kassenbereichs eines Parkhauses, so ist auch das Hotel aufgebaut: unten Garagen oben die Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.
