⭐️ Honest and Serious Review for Future Guests
I want to provide a clear and honest review to help future guests make an informed decision.
If you are traveling with children, I do not recommend booking this apartment. The check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, and the host is consistently inflexible with any request for a late check-out. I have booked with this host multiple times, and not once has a late check-out been granted, even when the apartment was clearly not going to be used immediately after my stay. I book weekly, and this is the only property where the check-out is this early—most hotels and apartments allow until 12:00 PM, which is far more reasonable.
The location is also problematic. The building is difficult to find, appears almost abandoned, and the surrounding area is often crowded with many men standing around. This environment can feel uncomfortable, especially for families or guests arriving late at night.
Upon entering the apartment, the first impression is also concerning. There are multiple laundry items hanging in the entrance area, which does not give a clean or professional appearance. In addition, the unit does not provide enough pillows and blankets, making the stay less comfortable.
Basic amenities are lacking as well. The host provides no toiletries—not even essentials like shampoo or shower gel. Only half a roll of toilet paper was available during my stay, which is unacceptable for paying guests.
Overall, while the apartment itself is adequate, the strict check-out policy, the uncomfortable environment, the lack of basic supplies, and the insufficient bedding are significant issues. I hope this review helps others, especially families, make a more informed choice before booking.
