The worst place I have ever stayed in !!!
Location was good, but the accommodation was terrible. Arrived dirty, unmade bed. No lampshade. Someone’s printer on the floor and a broom with pan against the wall. . Rubbish in the wardrobe. Assorted bottles and a tin of rice pudding on top of the wardrobe. Unsafe unattached curtain rail that actually fell on my head. Untidy, dirty curtains. Grubby windows and ceil. View from window was interesting. A pile of assorted rubbish in the back garden. The bathroom was also grubby and dirty. Several left behind toiletries plus one towel. The radiator was dirty and rusty. All the photos of this property must have been taken when it was first completed. As it does not look like that anymore. Do not book or stay here. It’s a con/scam. I feel it is a home of multiple occupancy that tricks mugs like me into making a non refundable booking, then moves whoever is staying in the room out. I stupidly booked for the following weekend but did not turn up it was so disgusting I preferred to book and pay for alternative accommodation. Also the first night I was there between 2am and 4am I was kept awake by several men searching through the rubbish for what I do not know. They had a car running with its lights on and continuously open and closed doors. £81 per night was grossly overpriced. Actually any charge no matter how low was overpriced. See photos if I can attach them.

Terrible host wasn’t there and ignored us
Nothing they didn’t let us in and left us stranded
I didn’t like the fact I paid and they answered the door bell then blanked us completely

None Existant Stay, and No Refunds Available! If you think Im joking you are mistaken!
I turned up and there wass no one to let me in so I could not get access to the facilities that I had booked. So I had to sleep on the streets for the night because I could not find a hotel that would take my booking and let me check in at the same time. Shocking ! And needless to say.. No Refunds!!
There could have been someone on hand to let me in the building so I could check in - That would have been a good start.. Failing that, then next best option would be to ensure you have someone answering the phone that you display.
