The worst staying in Marrakech i ever had.
Thanks god I go back in my country alive... and i didn't have a serious accident in the sleeping room, from the panel drop on the bed.
Thanks god for that.
I AM LUCKY NOT TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT
All the decoration panels are fell down on the floor. The panel on the bedroom fell on the bed, and i was very lucky that was in the day and not at the time a sleep on the bed.
ALSO:
LOW QUALITY SHEETS AND TOWELS
In my long staying it was not second set of sheet, so to clean and change. And i has buy a good one, for change and clean. My opinion is because is very new the apartment is not well prepared for long time living.
When i wash, apartment towels, in the washing machine, they lose their color so they paint me the other clothes. This because they didn't have white good quality, 100% cotton, for hotels as the most of the apartments and the hotels have.
Also the bed sheets was not 100% cotton, so i went to the market and i buy a good quality 100% white cotton for hotels. (without plastic polyester. The cheap sheets have alot of polyester).
ps. Only one i found in good cotton quality, it was the white mattress cover.
NO CLOTHESLINE FOR WASHED CLOTHES
They haven't provided a place to hang your wet clothes to get dry, if you do laundry.
Other apartments i was in Marakech they had metal clothesline.
So i get in the market and i bought one but they have to buy a good one to support their customers. So before you book is good to pay attention to where you will drying your clothes.
I'm probably one of the first tenants and I have all the problems that will logically be solved in the future.
i stayed for long time and one first guests so my issue was a lot. I hope they resolve some of them.
This apartment is 4 km faraway from popular center: Gueliz. The name of the area here is : JNANF AWRAD not GUELIZ.
So it was a scam that they name it (Modern apartment in Gueliz Luxury residence) by using (Gueliz) in the name of the apartment in booking.
From the other hand here near exist good food. Traditional Moroccan tajin, meat, fish, fruits, omelets e.t.c
I DIDN'T SLEEP WELL FOR ONE MONTH
Because the building designed and constructed probably for offices, they didn't given to the bedroom the ability to be completely dark for deep sleep.
So there is a BIG glass window , covered by a curtain. The worse is that curtain is not completely dark. So at 6:00am start to be very sunny the room and stay like that for all day.
AFTER THAT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER AGAIN RENT AN APARTMENT CONTINUOUSLY FOR SO LONG.
LOW AND BAD INTERNET
Internet was bad for me to run my business and stay for one month. Every day working in internet. Maybe is ok for non professionals use.
It is not cable internet. I cable connect my laptop with router but it was really hard to work. It was very low satellite internet.
AC was a problem for me, because the air come from the roof of the main room. Not settings for the sleeping room. Because is business building, probably the AC is general for all the building.
So i get sick at the first days of August and get cold. Then i sleep with open windows, close AC in hot August. The worse staying i ever had in Marrakech.
POOR EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is not equipped for European healthy cooking (boiling food and soups). Only tea i boiled in teapot. Not found cooking boiler pot, only i had to open the gas to boil directly in teapot the tee.
Also it was not exist electric boiler for quicly water boiling.
by general kitchen it was not very functional for me, even not small towels for cleaning. Bu
