The room was located in a quiet area close to San Giovanni church. It was very secure in a gated entry courtyard and required a pincode for access to the luxury rooms and to the individual room (no worries about losing key/card for entry). The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was like home away from home with all facilities available. In our room we had a coffee machine, kettle and fridge. There was also a shared kitchen space with cooking facilities and a dishwasher. There were laundry facilities available with a separate washing machine and dryer. An iron, ironing board and steamer were also available. The rooms are central to bus, metro and tram connections. There is a small supermarket at the end of the street and a few cafes/restaurants located close by. Communication with the host was very easy and she responded very quickly each time. 100% would recommend to friends and family and will definitely be our choice of accommodation on return to Rome.
Nothing that we could complain about

The property was in a very quiet street so after a busy day was a great location to unwind.
it's a little further out from the centre of rome but tram was a two minute walk away so made visiting places easily accessible and there was a few local restaurants around the corner which served very good food.
for those that enjoy walking the colleseum was about 20-25 minute walk away.
there was a shared kitchen area which had everything we needed for our stay
the room was very clean on our arrival and the bed was very comfortable. our room had a jacuzzi bath which we used and was a lovely little added luxury
