メッセージにはすぐに丁寧に答えて下さりました。ロケーションは京都市内どこに行くにも便利で、とても静かな環境でした。キッチンには冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、ＩＨコンロがあり、Wifiもあります。２階に洗面所、洗濯機、お風呂と寝室スペースがあります。丁寧に掃除されていて清潔感があります。バスタオルも備えられており、ドライヤーもあります。お風呂にはボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーが備えられています。持っていくものは、洗顔、歯磨き歯ブラシ、コップなど。調理するなら調理器具。とにかく想像以上に快適に過ごすことができました。

The location was great. Nice to have the upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. Bath was nice with hot water. Great wifi. We’re sad that it wasn’t available for our return trip to Kyoto. Would happily stay here again. Great Jerk Raman place around the corner(turn left out of property, then right, just there, on your right). Thank you to the host. Communication was amazing and very fast responses.
The futons could do with a mattress topper on top as they are a little hard. Though I think this is quite common in Japan. The upstairs space easily fits 3 foutons (they’re wide futons), the fourth fouton either needs to go downstairs or if you’re short then you can fit it between the bathroom and the sink/washing machine.
It would help if there was a photo of the front of the property on the booking.com site as well weren’t sure which property it was to start with.

Accès du logement assez flexible avec un code. Logement super, grand, parfaitement propre et semblait très bien rénové, tout en restant dans un style traditionnel. Il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires (lave-linge, frigo, cuisine équipée, sèche-cheveux, serviettes...). Un arrêt de bus et de métro pas loin. On recommande !

Staying in Japan is super easy, you ask questions, and you get right answers, host is very prompt.
The rug doesn’t feel clean.
