This attic apartment is a cozy retreat with its own unique character. Spanning approximately 30 m², it features a separate bedroom with twin beds, a cozy living area with exposed roof beams, a private kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet under the sloped ceiling.
It does not have a balcony, but it captivates with its special charm and quiet location under the roof. Ideal for guests who appreciate the extraordinary and consciously prefer a smaller apartment full of character.
This approximately 30 m² attic apartment offers plenty of charm and a well-thought-out floor plan for two people. The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is perfect for restful nights. In the living area, exposed roof beams and sloped ceilings create a cozy atmosphere.
The separate kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, is also located under the sloped ceiling. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV and a telephone. The apartment does not have a balcony—but it more than makes up for it with its unique location under the roof and its distinctive character.
In Kloster on the island of Hiddensee—less than 100 meters from the harbor—lies the Dornbusch apartment building, featuring a restaurant, wellness facilities, swimming pool, and sauna. Inge Meisel and Gustav Gründgens have also spent their vacations in this building, which has a historically protected facade.
Just as a lighthouse helps ships find their way, the “lighthouse” of the Dornbusch building serves as a unique staircase, guiding all guests to their destinations. The outdoor areas offer terrace seating even in rainy weather. Those who prefer not to walk to the beach (300 m) can also use the beach chairs in front of the house.
The amenities and furnishings of the apartments are on par with those of a first-class hotel, featuring an island-inspired, maritime style. Consistent and perfectly coordinated down to the bed linens—each apartment features a kitchenette, dining table, shower/toilet, and a balcony, veranda, or terrace. Depending on their size, the apartments can accommodate up to 4 people.
The smaller units are located on the upper floor of the front building and, so to speak, offer the most beautiful view to make up for it.
Included in the price is use of the on-site swimming pool and sauna, as well as an initial supply of towels, bed linens, and dish towels. Linen is changed weekly. Breakfast on the veranda can be booked for 18 EUR per person.
