Welcome to our newly renovated, modern 60 m² vacation apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a dining table, and a closet. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality brand-name appliances—stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle—makes cooking a pleasure. The bedroom, featuring a double bed and a large closet, ensures a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, rounds out the feel-good experience. Enjoy the two beautiful balconies with stunning mountain views—perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Shopping options such as Edeka, Aldi, Netto, DM, and a bakery are right nearby and easily accessible on foot, so you can enjoy your stay in complete relaxation. In just a few minutes on foot, you’ll reach a cozy beer garden as well as parks that are perfect for walks and relaxation. There are also several playgrounds nearby where children can play. For water fun and relaxation, check out the outdoor pool in Marzoll or Lake Thumsee. Day trips to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are also easily accessible by bus. With the guest card, you can ride the buses for free and leave your car behind.
