Elegance in the Heart of Venice
A spacious, modern, and elegant apartment located on the 3rd floor (no elevator, but with comfortable stairs) of a fully renovated historic building with a private entrance equipped with a code lock. Within the same building, there are two other apartments managed by us that can be booked together to accommodate larger groups (Residenza Donini in Venice Suite 2 and Ca Francesca Suite with a view and private terrace).
Bright and tastefully furnished, every detail reflects the most authentic Venetian style: marble floors, mirrors, lamps, and chandeliers made of fine Murano glass.

The location is ideal: in the Castello district, on Calle dei Furlani, near the Scuola di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni with its famous paintings by Carpaccio. Just a 10-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and the Biennale, and close to the San Zaccaria and Arsenale stops.
You’ll be staying in a quiet, authentically Venetian neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, taverns, bars, supermarkets, and local shops. Ideal for exploring the city, from its most famous landmarks to the Biennale, all the way to Venice’s most hidden and charming corners.
Vaporetto stops and Alilaguna shuttle services to the airport are within easy walking distance
