This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €15 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We have just returned from a stay at this lovely villa. We travelled, me and my husband and 3 teenagers. The Villa was very comfortable and clean with great air conditioning. The pool was lovely and was cleaned while we stayed. Although it is part of a complex, it still felt private. Bbq facilities were excellent. The accessibility to the marina and supermarket was a massive plus for us as it saved us money on hiring a car. If you don’t have mobility issues, it is a very manageable 15 minute walk to the marina. The marina has a lot of lovely restaurants on offer (we was never disappointed), lovely views and opportunity to book boat trips, which I would highly recommend. If you have never visited Puerto calero, it is a really lovely part of Lanzarote and is 8 minutes taxi or bus ride to Pierto del carmen if you want a more lively night. The only thing I could suggest to the host is a little welcome pack of water, milk, tea, coffee etc as well as some cleaning products. We were lucky to have got there at mid day so could go buy essentials but if we would have arrived at night and thirsty, it would have been annoying. With regard to cleaning products. Dish liquid was provided, but no dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, only one cloth, no disinfectant or floor cleaner so we had to purchase them and leave the remaining. All in all a lovely stay. We had a fantastic week at this beautiful villa, it was spotless on arrival and communication was excellent. Ita€™s in a perfect quiet spot to explore the area and island. Walking distance to the marina with plenty of choice for dinner and drinks in the evening and for morning coffee. Well equips villa with everything we needed. Thank you

Best villa weve stayed in for style and location. Bigger enough to give everyone space, indoor and outdoor and great location to enjoy a walk to the harbour to feed the fish. Balcony views were beautiful too.
