We loved absolutely everything. The quietness and beauty of the place was memorable. The kitchen even if a little tight was super equipped. They also got us a barbecue with wood ready for us to cook a great fiorentina. Welcome spumante water and pasta end sauce at our arrival. Coffee pods as well. Awesome washing machine. Beautiful swimming pool (we didn’t use that much because weather wasn’t super warm). Nice outdoor table. From carpark there is a set of stairs not too bad. From entrance to go rooms there is one set of stairs. A bit steep but worth even We traveled we 2 over 70 and even dough there were stairs the place was so nice that didn’t bother us. The towels were nice and big. We have been traveling for 6 weeks and staying in 11 different accommodations. This was the absolute best. Very much of Tuscany vibe. You need a car to reach shops but if u have one this is a peaceful spot to rest, this is your place. The driveway to the house is so pretty. Claudia the host was such a lovely lady.
I wish we could stay longer. We got lost a few time with our navigator to reach the accommodation with the address . If u ask the host to send you the position you won’t have any problem. But getting lost in the Tuscany hills is so beautiful anyway😆

The location of this property is wonderful ,beautiful views and lovely pool just outside the apartment. The family that run the apartments live on site in the farmhouse and are lovely ,they respond quickly to problems and queries .They even offered us Pizza when they had been cooking it for their family .The apartment was clean and comfortable with ample towels provided .
Unfortunately the property was let down by a number of issues we experienced .On arrival the air conditioning was not working which was significant as it was 35 degrees .The owners attended very promptly and reset the air conditioning but there remained an air con unit in the living area which was broken throughout our stay plus the air con unit in one of the bedrooms leaked water all over the tiled floor which did not appear to be a new problem as the wall was stained .In addition on a number of occasions when we attempted to use the hob or the oven this fused the electrics and resulted in power cuts which we were instructed to resolve by resetting the main fuse in an outside cupboard .
