The apartment was absolutely beautiful and well stocked. We were struck by the antique stonework in the apartment alongside the modern updates. I believe the host said the apartment was over 1000 years old! This was arguably one of our most comfortable stays in Italy. The softest bed and pillows! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could ask for. They provided a route that avoided ZTL zones and was easy to follow once we reached the starting point. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of all the main sights! I only wish we got to stay longer; the walk up the garden was also super cool! I don't remember if they stated that parking was included, but it was a separate fee outside the apartment, and we felt safe leaving our luggage in the car for the time we explored before moving on to our next city. We downloaded and used the app with no issues at all!
Navigating out of the parking location was a little bit more difficult as I wasn't sure if we successfully avoided the ZTLs on the way out, but only time and a ticket will tell, lol.
