The price does not match the level of service.

These apartments have some great advantages: a lovely swimming pool and a very convenient location, close to the bus station, large supermarkets, and the main beach. We also really appreciated the very wide beds with comfortable, firm mattresses (not too soft), as well as the two balconies.

However, there were many disappointing aspects of our stay. 1. The refrigerator barely worked, and we had to throw away dairy products and meat because they spoiled. 2. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable, so we had to spend extra money on mobile internet. 3. There wasn't even hand soap in the apartment. After a long journey, we couldn't even wash our hands. There were no other toiletries either (such as shower gel or shampoo). For five people staying five nights, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. There were no garbage bags either. When we asked about the hand soap, we were told that it was not included in the room rate (which was almost €200 per night!). As a result, we had to buy hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, and other basic supplies ourselves. 4. The air conditioner was only in the kitchen, so the bedrooms were very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. 5. In addition to the accommodation price, we were required to pay an extra €40 tourist tax on arrival for five people. This charge was not mentioned in the Booking.com listing. 6. For check-in, guests are asked to go to an office located on the opposite side of the town, far from both the bus station and the apartments. A taxi there costs around €14. We refused to do this, and eventually a staff member came to the apartment to check us in. 7. The shower cabin was extremely small. One member of our group hit the side of it and cut her elbow quite badly. There was not a single shelf inside the shower for toiletries. The bathroom also had very poor ventilation, so we had to keep the door open all the time. 8. The hot water in the kitchen sink was excessively hot, making it difficult to wash dishes. We informed the staff about the problem. They told us they were already aware of it but had not fixed it.

Tolle Unterkunft, toller Kontakt, sehr gute Lage.
