Claudio was great! Helpful, available, and kind. He was readily available by Whats App. The flat was clean, charming and the beds were comfy. The location was a Roman residential neighborhood near two metro stops that are a perhaps 10min walk away. I really liked having the kitchen to cook up our own breakfasts or dinners, and a full size frig to store kid snacks and cold water.
The tiny European elevator was very entertaining for our 7yr old, make sure both doors are shut on entering or exiting the elevator or it will stop working. The door lock was a little tricky the first time, **press a button to activate the panel, put in the code, turn counterclockwise. If this is off a little it won't work, however, Claudio was helping us by phone for a few minutes and was even willing to come over to open it for us, when we finally got the door to open ourselves.
The balcony lock broke during our stay, he had it repaired quickly while we were out for the day. In a world of average host Claudio stands out! The next time we are in Rome I will most definitely look to stay here again.

I am sorry I got a head cold and ran out of time to wash my last breakfast dishes. I do wish Claudio had included one more box of tissues in the apartment. The one box provided I destroyed overnight.

Fantastic property in terms of location and cleanliness. Local market is right below and also very close to bus and metro stops.
Only bright white lights! Warm white lights will make the house more beautiful and look more luxurious. Nothing else and that’s just a personal preference :)

Nette Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, mit Öffis gut vernetzt.
