Great place, near the Nivy

Clean, cozy place. A lot of food options nearby.

There is no air conditioner, only climate control.

9 / 10

Very good

The property has a great location, just opposite Nivy. It is very convenient if you travel by bus. The markets were very near. To get inside the property was easy, you get a QR code to enter the building and a code to go inside. Instructions were very clear. It wasn’t super clean, the floor needs better cleaning, my white socks became gray. But the property has a washing machine inside. So I refreshed my clothes.

There was no frying pan.

10 / 10

Great

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment, and excellent communication with the host. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was well organized, and we felt very welcome. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests.

4 / 10

Absolutely poor communication in case of any issue, not recommended for older people

The communication with the property was more like talking to the Chatbot (what was probably the case), so in case of issues (room not ready despite the payment for early check-in, not working TV - requesting codes etc, missing chip for parking), it was very complicated to solve these - the property staff was not willing to communicate by phone and at the end we rather gave up (mainly not working TV on New Years Eve).
