Great location. Easy to access and a basic/good room to allow for a rest and freshen up between long haul flights

Great location. Easy access to Main Station. Quiet, clean, private ensuite and even windows that open.
Hard to find at first. Main station exit Z8 or Z10. It’s right next to 7-eleven on the 5th floor! Wanted to rebook but rate has increased.

The location was good and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby.
Sleeping after a 12h flight was impossible due to a very bright emergency exit sign in the room above the bed which could not be turned off - thankfully we packed sleeping masks. Also during the night it was incredibly noisy because of building ventilation and street noise.
The room was not clean, as we found hair everywhere upon arrival. After checking in at 3 pm we were surprised with ice cold water in the shower, due to daily water maintenance from 3-5 pm (as we were told by the front desk). Additionally there was no handsoap in the room, thus we had to buy our own soap.
