The property was extremely dirty, outdated and need some very urgent maintenance. The verandah door Didn’t lock and the overall unit required a really good clean. The unit was terrible and the bathroom was mouldy and the unit needed a through clean

Clean staff were very accommodating. Though was a little disappointed that we had to clean mop and vacuum before we left. Not cheap However it was hard to get accommodation at this time of the year.

Customer service experience was terrible, check in was slow and difficult. Asked of spa was hot ajd reassured multiple times. When we went to use this it was freezing. Had to asl for it to be turned on and then it was a 2 hour wait for it to heat up. We never made ot into the spa. There are big warnings all over the place and in the room about how much you will be charged for a variety of unreasonable things. Check out was very stressful because of this. To top it all off, when we checked in they wrote our whole card number and CCV down on a piece of paper and kept it. We asked about it at checkout and managed to get it crossed out. Would not return.
