The room was very clean
The staff were very helpful yet there was a day when all the staff were not present.
Otherwise all staff were nice and helpful.
The location of the hotel is nice but generally requires a bit of walking in order to reach the stations which is not convenient during summer days. A vespa would be very useful.
Breakfast is really nice
Overall it is a nice hotel

This was a great place to stay! The AC worked great, very clean, very friendly staff. The only thing was that it was a little bit farther from the center then we thought it was. We had to figure out the bus system, which in Sorrento is a little tricky to figure out. The breakfast was great. The girl server ( I’m not sure of her name) was very sweet and did a great job cleaning our rooms.

Beautiful hotel near piano. Walkable location. Amazing cafe downstairs. GREAT A/C. I was COLD which is amazing for Europe. I will say walls are a little thin so easy to hear neighbors and other guests but overall great hotel.
