La Sousta is a charming, single-story family villa with unobstructed views of Cap Lardier, the sea, and the vineyards of Domaine de la Madrague and Château-Valmer. It is located 800 meters from the beaches of Gigaro in Croix-Valmer.

The house is located 800 meters from the beach and its renowned restaurants (accessible via a footpath leading directly from the villa).

Die The “Heraclé,” “Gigaro,” and “Sylvabelle” beaches are a 10-minute walk (800 m) away and accessible via a footpath through the vineyards at the end of our garden.
The villa features three bedrooms with two bathrooms (one double bedroom with direct access to the garden and ocean views, one double bedroom with ocean views, and one bedroom with two single beds—which can be converted into a double—and two bunk beds), two half-baths, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a beautiful terrace (150 m²) with a magnificent ocean view. A large garage is available. An outdoor shower is ideal for when you return from the beach. The property is situated on a 1,200 m² wooded lot. It is not visible from the street.
The house (130 m²) can accommodate up to eight people. (2 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds (ideal for children).
