- The walkout basement is not available for guest use and will be locked during guest stays
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the driveway entrance facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located at the midpoint of the driveway facing the driveway. The 2 cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence. The 6 remaining cameras are located on each side of the home, facing the entrances. These cameras will be inactive while guests are in residence

Really nice home in the mountains, definitely not what I’d call a cabin…much nicer and plenty of room for a family of five. There were a few small things that I provided to the owner as feedback to really improve the experience and they were receptive. Minor things, nothing that should dissuade someone from booking here. Location was pretty awesome. Views were nice but not crazy. We liked the pool table and the frisbee golf.

Amazing home, spent the week here with my wife for our honeymoon and the views you get to wake up to are amazing. Saw lots of wildlife throughout the day. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to go to Colorado. Will be using it again in the future.

Fun times! Clean, comfortable place. Matthew is an attentive host. Families will love the pool and foosball tables—ours sure did!
