In the heart of Ahlbeck, the "Alte Düne" and "Alter Anker" vacation homes welcome you to a quiet complex. The two semi-detached houses each feature two living units, each with 3 bedrooms. The spacious accommodations, spread over two levels and designed for 6 people, are stylishly and tastefully furnished, instantly creating a cozy vacation atmosphere—especially during morning breakfast on the terrace.
The lively town center, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, you can quickly reach the Ahlbeck pier, the seaside resort’s famous landmark. The promenade and the beach are about 350 meters away.
Please note that there is no place to store bicycles. They can only be parked in the car parking space.
This modern, high-quality 4-room half of a house spans two levels with its 98 square meters and 4 rooms. All rooms are tastefully designed with great attention to detail. Up to 6 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here in great comfort. On the first floor, the kitchen-dining area invites you to cook and enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and more. You’ll enjoy lingering a while in the adjacent, comfortable dining area. A few steps down lead to the open living area with a large corner sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. From here, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, which faces south and promises plenty of sunshine.
Also on the first floor is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The box-spring bed with separate mattresses (160 x 200) and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. There is ample closet space. The spacious bathroom with a window features both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a sink and toilet.
The two equally spacious bedrooms on the upper floor offer the same level of comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with an additional TV. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a sink/toilet.
Two parking spaces are available next to the house entrance.
