Located in a quiet area yet close to the beach, "Villa Seestern" offers you a cozy retreat and easy access to the town centers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. Just 100 meters away, you’ll find a convenient beach access point near the property, where you can gaze out across the Baltic Sea.
From the property, it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center, or the popular “Chapeau Rouge” theater. Restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade, both toward Heringsdorf and toward Ahlbeck.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the villa’s basement.
In addition, you can securely store your own or rented bicycles in either a large shared bike room or a separate, lockable basement.
Each apartment has one designated parking space on the property, marked with the corresponding apartment number.
