The lovingly renovated "Emmi" spa villa awaits you in a central location in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. A 10-minute walk takes you to the famous Heringsdorf pier, right on the white Baltic Sea beach. Shopping options and Heringsdorf’s downtown area are also just a few minutes’ walk away. The cozy, comfortably furnished apartments in this stylish, small villa are ideal for a relaxing vacation.
This modern 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of the lovingly renovated “Emmi” seaside villa in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. The 43 square meters of living space offer plenty of room for 2–3 people to enjoy a relaxing stay on the island. The living area features a cozy sofa corner that converts comfortably into a bed. A flat-screen TV and a fireplace round out the comfortable living space. The kitchen area is integrated into the living space and offers everything a cook could want: a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave. The light-filled, enclosed loggia (with windows that open) features a bright dining area where you can enjoy your meals in comfort. The adjacent staircase leads to the furnished lawn terrace facing southeast, where you can relax and enjoy your first morning coffee. The bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom, which has a window, features a corner shower, sink, toilet, and a large mirrored wall. A parking space is available for you on the property.
We’re happy to deliver firewood to your apartment. We charge 6.00 euros for this service, plus the cost of the firewood at 8.00 euros per bag (approx. 15 kg).
