The Remise vacation home is located on the grounds of the Seepark, just a few minutes’ walk from the Heringsdorf pier and the town center. The park-like, well-maintained property borders directly on the beach promenade. Surrounded by seaside villas from the imperial era, such as Villa Bleichröder and Villa Oppenheim, this vacation home invites you to dream of times gone by.
A little cottage right in the heart of Heringsdorf all to yourself—we call it “Goldstaub.” The Remise is a beautiful vacation home for up to 4 people. The 90 square meters of living space are spread across three levels. Private balconies and terraces offer you a unique view of the park-like gardens of the Seepark villas. The living area is the heart of the home and features a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and hi-fi system. The living area also includes a cozy dining area that’s perfect for sharing meals together. The separate kitchen, which adjoins the dining area and has a window but no door, is equipped with a modern, fully outfitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop. The living area, featuring a west-facing terrace and an east-facing balcony, offers plenty of natural light. Via the staircase, you can access both the bedroom on the upper floor and the bathroom, as well as the ground-floor bedroom, which overlooks the garden from its terrace. The spacious and stylishly furnished upstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90x200). The highlight is the two balconies facing east and west, which once again provide this room with plenty of light. The bathroom, which has a window, features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, as well as a sink and toilet. The lower bedroom, which is equally stylishly furnished, is equipped with two single beds (90x200) and a small seating area. There is ample storage space throughout the house. The parking space is located on the property directly next to the house. A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage room are available to you in the main house.
