Away from the hustle and bustle, just behind the promenade, lies Villa Estrelia. A short walk will take you to the city center and the famous historic Ahlbeck pier. Cozy restaurants and cafés, along with the unique charm of Ahlbeck, extend a warm welcome to you. Villa Estrelia was newly built in 2010 and offers you plenty of comfort with its underground parking garage and elevator. All apartments feature a balcony or terrace. Bicycle storage is available in the underground parking garage, and an additional bike rack is located right next to the front door. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for general use (for a fee—coin-operated).
To access the underground parking garage, you will receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a cash deposit of €50 is required.
This well-maintained 68-square-meter 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor on the east side and is suitable for 2–4 people. In this well-equipped apartment, you’ll find a living room with a cozy sitting area featuring a leather sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The dining area and the fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, etc.—are also integrated into the living space. The furnished balcony invites guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. Both bedrooms feature hardwood floors and are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The en suite bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, and double sink. A guest restroom is also available. A parking space—which requires a bit of driving skill—is located in the underground garage and is assigned to the apartment.
