Located in the second row of buildings along the beach promenade—yet still offering a lake view—is the extensively renovated Villa Kurfürst in the seaside resort of Bansin. A 5-minute walk takes you to the pier and the center of Bansin. Spacious apartments in a very central location, featuring modern amenities, are available to you. The fine, white sandy beach is just a stone’s throw away. Numerous restaurants and cafés, along with the charm of Bansin, extend a warm welcome to you.
This bright, spacious 90-square-meter apartment offers plenty of room for four people to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea. The living room is furnished with a cozy seating area, coffee table, and flat-screen TV, as well as a dining area. From here, you step out onto a small balcony facing Bergstraße and the Baltic Sea, which you can partially see between the front-row houses. Also open to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric grill, sandwich maker, etc., which can accommodate several cooks at once. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed featuring separate 90 x 200 mattresses and closet space. The larger bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub and sink/toilet. From here, you can also access the larger south-facing balcony, which promises plenty of sun and entices guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. In addition, guests have access to a smaller bathroom with a shower and sink/toilet. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. The parking space is located on the property directly next to the house.
