Great location, cozy and tidy stay, shower leaked water.

Great location, amenities were provided, staff showed up to help with an issue within 15 minutes of being called.

Shower was leaking water, had to mop the floor afterwards every time.

Attention, cafards

En effet, le logement est bien placé au coeur du vieil Antibes. Néanmoins, le logement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée sur une rue passante (puisque conduisant vers les commerces et restaurants). Sur les photos, je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une courrette protégée mais la porte d'entrée donne directement sur le trottoir. Parfois, des passants s'arrêtent devant le logement pour discuter et cela, à toute heure de la journée ou de la nuit. Mais, facile de se déplacer en ville depuis le logement si l'accès vers l'extérieur ne vous dérange pas. Tout est faisable à pied depuis le logement.

Présence de cafards dans le logement ! J'avais réservé pour une semaine complète et au final n'y ai passé que deux nuits en attendant une solution de relogement. J'ai repéré le premier cafard 20min après mon arrivée (le 10/09 à 15h) mais impossible de contacter le SAV avant le lendemain matin. Les personnes gérants le logement sont arrivés au bout de 30min environ avec une bombe anti-cafards. On m'a prié de rester en dehors du logement jusqu'au soir, ce que j'ai fait. En rentrant, l'air était nauséabond mais on m'avait demandé d'attendre tout de même le lendemain pour accéder aux solutions de relogement de leur circuit. Je reconnais que les logements proposés étaient de qualité supérieure à celui à l'origine réservé mais, au réveil, d'autres cafards sont apparus dans le logement ! J'ai donc préféré partir à l'hôtel et avancer les frais de ma poche. Cocoonr, l'entreprise gérant le réseau d'habitation, ne m'a proposé que le remboursement des jours non effectués dans le logement après avoir modifié les dates de réservation sur mon profil Booking sans consultation préalable. Donc cela donne l'impression que je n'ai fait que quelques jours de manière intentionnelle alors que non, j'avais réservé et souhaité rester plus longtemps si il n'y avait pas eu de cafards... Après de nombreux échanges de mails, Coocoonr a accepté de me rembourser mais uniquement sur les jours non effectués dans le logement, et non l'intégralité du séjour ! Je rappelle que dès mon arrivée j'ai trouvé des cafards ET qu'on m'a demandé de passer une nuit supplémentaire le temps que la solution de relogement soit disponible... Bref, je serai partie plus tôt si, sur cette période, les logements et hotels des alentours n'étaient pas tous complets. J'ai trouvé l'hotel moi-même après avoir passé des heures au téléphone.
