Superb accommodation

The caravan was clean, comfortable and spacious, the hot tub was amazing.

The lights from nearby fantasy island rides were on all night flashing which was noticeable through the bedroom window, but didn't keep us awake thankfully.

Well we are returning next year! So that tells you everything, absolutely fantastic!

Great location!!

Decking hadn’t been cleaned under the seats! But easily cleaned up.

A lot of potential, poor execution.

The hot tub was the best part of our stay it was nice and comfortable apart from children around the caravan park smoking drugs and throwing stones at us when we was trying to relax. Our beds were also comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The caravan has good potential we however did not have a pleasant experience unfortunately.

On arrival my toddler was picking up dirty bits of food in his room. The cleaner did not do a good job of the caravan at all. Cups and utensils were filthy. The table had marks also. Toilet roll was not replaced either. The hair dryer provided does not work so we had no hair dryer the whole stay. There was no high chair as listed in the property. The travel cot smelt awful. The hoover smelt like pets so we dreaded using it. The toaster did not work properly. There are two holes in the caravan underneath the tv, there were kids messing around the area and looking through the property. Kids were also throwing stones at us when myself and my children were in the Hottub. I have young children so this was highly inappropriate. Teenagers were smoking weed in front of our caravan I had to tell them to go elsewhere as I have young children. These were caravan owners of the premises. And finally the caravan owners next door to us were shooting BB guns around the caravan we stayed in and were super loud the whole stay. It made our stay unbearable. It was not a nice experience and I would not come back again. It was not quiet at all. Due to all of these reasons i would not say that the stay was worth what we paid as we had a terrible experience. If you have young children I would not say this is a suitable environment.
