Location

63 steps and 4 floors -this should always be shown in preview- too many messages and virtually no human response when there was an error in the entry code and delay in entering apartment .

The location was excellent. The apartment was sufficient for my needs. It was clean and quiet.

Lack of communication of the hosts. Did not answer calls and insisted I use Booking.com email - not good if you need answers. Having to ask for a duvet as there was only a sheet on the bed. Having to ask for toiletries, which I never got. Gave up trying and got on with my visit. Being directed to the parking area for cars, which left me a 3 km walk dragging my luggage, then having to climb six set of stairs (52 steps) with my luggage - difficult for a fit 70 something traveler. Coffee machine under which no cup fits. Airconditioning that were ineffective.
