Муравьи, грязь, неприятный запах и нежелание решать проблемы
К сожалению, наше проживание оказалось крайне разочаровывающим. В доме было много муравьёв, которые серьёзно мешали комфортному пребыванию. Мы сообщили об этом хозяйке. Она организовала обработку помещения, но проблема возникла снова.
Отдельная проблема — чистота в квартире. Уборщица сказала нам, что будет приходить каждое воскресенье и убираться, однако обещанная уборка не выполнялась должным образом. Квартира оставалась грязной, полы даже не мыли. После визита уборщицы чистота так и не была обеспечена. У нас есть фото и видео, подтверждающие состояние квартиры до и после её прихода.
Кроме того, в санузле стоял неприятный запах канализации, что дополнительно ухудшало впечатление от проживания. В совокупности муравьи, грязь и запах создавали условия, которые совершенно не соответствовали нашим ожиданиям от оплаченного жилья.
Когда проблема с насекомыми возникла повторно, нам оставили пылесос, чтобы мы самостоятельно убирали муравьёв. В качестве извинения также передали бутылку вина и коробку шоколадных конфет. Однако подобный жест никак не решал основную проблему. Мы заплатили за проживание и рассчитывали на чистое помещение, в котором можно комфортно находиться, а не на подарки вместо надлежащих условий.
Отдельно хочется отметить ситуацию с компенсацией. Сначала хозяйка предложила нам две дополнительные ночи бесплатно. Поскольку из-за запланированного вылета мы не могли ими воспользоваться, мы обсудили возврат денег как альтернативный вариант. У нас сложилось впечатление, что мы договорились о таком решении. Однако позже позиция хозяйки резко изменилась: она заявила, что возврат был лишь альтернативным предложением, и фактически отказалась от договорённости в том виде, как мы её поняли. В итоге вместо конструктивного решения проблемы мы получили длительный спор и предложение самостоятельно обращаться в Booking.com.
