Frustrating

It was spacious.

We could not get the code to work so we had to call someone to help us inside, but the door sticks and the lock would spin around. Very frustrating. Also, the unit was very dark unless you opened the curtains. Several of the lights were broken and didn’t work. One of the showers had no shelving. The one they had in there was broken and we had to purchase over the door Hooks and a metal bathroom basket just to put our shower items in. Additionally the washing machine had a funky putrid odor and should be cleaned. The sinks in the main bedroom bathroom area also didn’t work. The stoppers were stuck so far in that they wouldn’t train properly and plugged up, we had to clean other people‘s toothpaste and hair from the sinks. The unit itself was not very clean. There were dust bunnies and other things on the floors. The office chair that was at the desk was broken, my husband actually fell off of it. It would’ve been nice at least if they would’ve provided coffee, but there was not coffee, although there is a coffee maker. And to add insult to injury, there were a lot of stairs and I thought I was renting a unit that we would not have to climb stairs with. We will not be renting from this company again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely unit close to many attractions in Branson!

Great location, and a very clean and comfortable unit. We stayed one night, so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the property amenities, but we would definitely stay here again!

The address information I was provided had a unit number but did not specify the building number so I was initially trying to enter the wrong unit. Thankfully no one was in that unit!! It took a call to customer service to discover why the code was not working.
